Direct service from E-İmzaTR: Our own branches, our own team
E-İmzaTR serves customers through its own branches, staffed by its own employees. The E-İmzaTR branches listed under “Application Centres” on our website are not independent dealers; they are offices where our company provides services directly.
You can start your e-signature application on our website, complete the required e-Devlet approval, and receive your e-signature through branch collection or courier delivery, depending on the option selected during your application.
Our application centres are E-İmzaTR branches
We use the term “application centre” to describe our branches where customers can receive assistance. The people welcoming you and helping with your application at these offices are E-İmzaTR employees.
When you visit a branch, you can obtain information about your application and collection directly from the E-İmzaTR team.
How do I apply?
- Start your application on our website. Follow the application steps, enter your details and choose the certificate validity period that suits your needs.
- Select your delivery method. Choose branch collection or courier delivery during the application.
- Complete your e-Devlet approval. Follow the instructions provided during the process and complete any other required application steps.
- Receive your e-signature. Once your application has been processed, proceed according to your chosen delivery method.

I would like to collect from a branch
If you selected branch collection, contact the relevant branch to check whether your e-signature is ready for collection. Before visiting, confirm opening hours and the information or documents required for collection.

I would like courier delivery
If you selected courier delivery during your application, your e-signature will be dispatched to the address you provided after the required application and production procedures are completed. Make sure your address and contact details are accurate and complete.
Preparation and delivery times depend on application completion, processing conditions and the courier service.
What should I do after receiving my e-signature?
Complete the necessary PIN procedures and install the appropriate software for your computer before use. Also check the requirements of the institution's application you intend to use.
