Should I use an e-signature or a financial seal?

An e-signature and a financial seal are different tools. Check the current GİB guide to determine which method is accepted and who is authorised to apply. Holding an e-signature does not automatically authorise every type of application.

How should I prepare my computer?

• Check your certificate's validity and PIN access.
• Install the drivers appropriate for your operating system and device.
• Use the signing tool specified in the current GİB guide.

Do not install Flash or broadly disable browser security settings based on old screenshots. Visit our software and documentation page in Turkish for installation resources.

What if I receive an error?

Record the error message, operating system and application name. For certificate or installation issues, contact Online Support in Turkish. Check the acceptance status of your application through GİB's official system.
