Checklist before starting

• Your certificate must not be expired or otherwise unavailable for use.
• Your computer must recognise the card or device.
• The necessary PIN procedures must be completed.
• Drivers must match your operating system and device.
• Any signing components required by the institution must be ready.

Is installation the same on Windows and Mac?

No. Software packages and institutional application support may differ by operating system. Select the appropriate files from our software and documentation page in Turkish.

Is an internet connection required?

Online institutional transactions and certificate status checks may require connectivity. Requirements depend on the application and operation.

Are PIN and installation problems the same?

No. An unrecognised device and a blocked PIN are different issues. See the PIN unblock page in Turkish for PIN procedures.
